La casa è situata in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e circondato dal verde. L'appartamento dispone di tutte le comodità richieste dalla vita quotidiana in un periodo di vacanza. Gli ospiti possono contare sull'assistenza e la disponibilità del house manager che offre una calorosa accoglienza e, se lo si desidera, alcune serate di buona cucina.

Ihre Ferienwohnung war für uns ein echter Volltreffer! Sie war nicht nur top ausge- stattet, sondern auch sehr sauber. Das Willkommensgrillfest, die guten Tipps zum schnellen Zurechtfinden in der Umgebung, die problemlose Verständigungsmöglich- keit,sowie die ruhige Lage und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Fam. Jovanovic, sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Porec.

Nun sind wir schon ein paar Tage wieder zu Hause. Die Fotos sind endlich auf dem PC und wir können uns so noch an den Urlaub erinnern. Es war wieder sehr schön bei Ihnen, besonders die herzliche Aufnahme und zum Abschied auch noch der tolle Bildband. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür

Casa ben curata, pulita e ubicata in un contesto tranquillo. Buona accoglienza dei proprietari che, al nostro arrivo, ci hanno offerto per cena un''ottima grigliata di carne. Rispetto all''annuncio manca la vista mare, peraltro lontanuccio, e visibile presumibilmente solo dal secondo piano. Necessita l''auto per il raggiungimento del centro di Porec. Due i problemi riscontrati a causa della nostra lunga permanenza (quasi 3 settimane): - Mancanza della pulizia alla fine di ogni settimana (pur promessa per iscritto) - pulizia comunque fattibile dietro pagamento aggiuntivo. - Occorre chiedere il cambio della biancheria (di solito viene fatto automaticamente allo scadere di ogni settimana).

"Avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de la famille I. L'appartement était très agréable, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Les soirées organisées autour du barbecue étaient très sympa. Dommage que la barrière de la langue nous ait empêché de dialoguer avec les autres locataires"

We appreciated a lot our stay. Owners are very kind and helpful, organizing BBQ evenings. Cosy and comfortable house in a quiet area, clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. Close to the beach, not far from the center of Poreč, convenient for trips in the surrounding area. Place to recommend!.

Ferienwohnung Nr.2:

Sehr freundliche, sympathische und hilfsbereite Inhaber. Besonders die wöchentlichen Grillabende waren kulinarisch klasse, sehr entspannend und informativ. Sehr gut auch das Angebot an Getränken (frisch gezapftes, kühles Bier, Wein u. a.) Gute Tipps gab es auch für das Erleben regionaler Sehenswürdigkeiten und einen erholsamen und rundum guten Urlaub in dieser Region Kroatiens. Vielen Dank, wir können diese Gastgeber nur empfehlen!
